Winter Vs. Summer
If you are moving here then bring a steamer trunk and a moving truck. However, if you fly in, you can purchase any clothing required in a variety of shops. In winter, you may need many layers of clothing. Temperatures are widely variable. You may be wearing walking shorts one day and down filled coats the next day. All toiletries and Medical supplies are locally available. Bring any prescription medicine you require for a couple of weeks. Bring the best camera that you can use to get the photo of a life time. In Winter, you will need a darn good tent, local help and an arctic down sleeping bag on top of a good air mattress. In summer, a fly tent and "bag" will get you through the night. Be prepared to meet friendly, happy people who will help you to adjust.
