by ..._---_...

visit the parks and natural environment around the area! It is absolutely the best place to see the wildlife go wild!!! you will really enjoy Red Deer Alberta--- the fastest growing community in all of Canada!!!! :0) oh yeah--- Black Knight Inn has $5.99 steak sandwiches that are to DIE FOR!!! I have lived in Red Deer for about 4 years now and love everything that I see!!! This may be a pit stop for the transit between Edmonton and Calgary, but why is all of the country moving to this place? Come and find out!!! :0)

It's not really off the beatan path, but a definate trip to take is to Lake Louise. From there you can tour the grand Chateau Lake Louise, and take a horse drawn carriage ride around the lake. In the winter, along with the previous activities, you can ice skate and build snow castles out in the backyard of the Chateau. If you're in the area and have a car, make a run down to the Bow glacier. It's very large!
