We arrived with great expectations and must say we were very let down ! Ha ving a husband with medical issues we were made to haul all of our supplies , over 300lbs , without a luggage cart , asked and was given a lame excuse ! The slider door in the room was almost impossible to open , took 10 min. , if there had been an emergency we would have been unable to escape , and we had our 3 yr, old grandson , so we had to keep it unlocked at night ! Bugs by the score on the bathroom floor was the final straw and we left a day earlier than planned , all in all , truly a nightmare !!
