Halcyon Hot Springs Resort: Hot Water, Great Scenery, Beautiful B.C.

I stayed at this resort last year in July of 2004. We stayed in the campground ($20cdn) that appeared to be newly developed. Central washroom, flush toilets. It was a bit rough for tenters as the ground was rock and dirt. R.V. sites with full hook-ups. The cabins,Chalets and guest house looked great but expensive($100-$200+/night).

The POOLS, pool after pool of varying degrees of hot water. The clorine level is kept at a legal minimum. This place had a gift shop, licenced restuarant with good food. I believe massage spa was also available. If your venturous you could base yourself here and travel up some logging roads to the All Natural Hotsprings as I did. I visited 2, Halfway River H/s and St Leon H/s. Fishing in the area is reported as excellent, rainbow trout, lake trout, Kokanee and more. Hiking aplenty
