With my Mom canoeing in Aldergrove, BC
One of my fondest memories was during the times in the summer that my family would visit my Aunt Merilee and Uncle Sandy's place out in Aldergrove, BC. They had a large property, including a pond. I was probably 6 years old at the time here, but it was my first time ever canoeing. As I couldn't swim then, I was always a bit nervous around water. I did eventually learn to swim when I was 10, but it wasn't until I was 17 that I had the chance to canoe again!
