Hume Hotel

This beautiful historic hotel has been completely restored in recent years. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and staff is exceptional. There are several dining and drinking establishments in the hotel for relaxing in.

The Hume Hotel is one of Nelson's original buildings, and it underwent major restoration work a few years ago. She has now been restored to her original beauty, and what a beauty it is! This place has original woodwork throughout, I can't even begin to tell you how lovely this building is.

There are several bars/lounges in the hotel as well as a restaurant. There will be no shortage of choices of where to go as well as no shortage of friendly staff to serve you. There is also a spa and hair salon onsite.

While I have never stayed in a room here, I know people who have and they said the rooms were tastefully appointed, clean and comfortable.

Unique Quality: The most unique quality of this hotel would have to be its age. This is an absolutely grand building and it has been restored beautifully.

They also supply you with a complimentary full hot breakfast in the morning in the General Store Restaurant!
