Being in the wine valley we thought "wouldn't it be nice to stay in a winery." So we did. I have to admit I was expected to be surrounded by vine yards and we were but not the Spiller ones. Attached to the house is a small shop where you can go wine tasting. The winery specialises in fruit wine of which the apple and pear were particularly good. We had the whole house to ourselves which consisted of four bedrooms a living room, dining room and kitchen. Teh views from the patio were pretty good and you could wander through the vineyards and down to the lake.
Breakfat in the morning was very nice and our host was very freindly. In fact everyone is freindly in Panticton. We'd actually bumped into our host the day before as she worked at another winery accross the road. The B&B is actually located at the north end of Penticton pretty close to the wineries at Naramata.
Note this B&B is decorated in a sort of 50./60's style so there isn't a TV but there are a couple of old valve transistors. Take a pack of a cards and a bottle of wine or three before you settle down for the evening.
