The hotel itself is lovely. Nice rooms, quiet, good food, and a nice lounge on the main floor. And of course, a cigar shop!
Once you leave the hotel however, its not so great. I stayed there 2 years ago when a friend had her wedding in the hotel, and once it got dark, there were security guards posted at entrances. There is a high level of drunks in Prince George, and they like to chat it up with guests of the hotel. To walk out to my car, I had to bring a friend, who is quite large and intimidating, and even he couldn't scare off some of the locals!
This is true of all hotels downtown however, so, if you are going to stay, the Ramada is a great place, in spite of the local activity!
Unique Quality: There is a casino right next door to the hotel.
This is one of the best stays i have ever had. I would recommend this hotel because they have great services there and facilities there such as pools, saunas, waterslides, kitchen, bar, and weight room.
Unique Quality: The pools here are great they have 2 of them and they have 2 saunas and the waterslides were under construction but the weight room was open in buisness but a little expensive but it's worth it.
