Architect Thomas Hooper designed Revelstoke's granite-faced COURTHOUSE (1912), finishing the building with brick and marble trim and a high copper dome.
Other noteable buildings, the Holten House (1897) and Pradolini Mansion (1908), characterize outstanding Victorian residential design.

Here i spent about a week working in the bush and spending the evenings in Revelstoke. A pretty quiet little town with a pub or 2. A lot of camping in the area and a ton of winter activities to do around here.

If you are driving through or staying here stop by the Frontier Restaurant for a bite.

This is where we worked every day, walking up and down the mountain with 20 litres of water on our backs.
