 I cannot explain how horribhle this trip turned out to be. We ended up paying $360 a night for a 6 Person cabin & rented a cabin for 3 for $160 a night for 3 nights. The 6 person cabin had construction the next morning at around 830 in the morning. That included chainsaws, tractors, deisel trucks and a yelling staff. This is supposed to be a relaxing getaway and for the amount of money that we paid we certainly did not receive that.

When we called the staff they were more than rude and in no way accomodating. They had to of known that this construction would be going on and in no way did they forewarn us. The remaining 2 nights there were many vacant cabins and we were never offered a switch.

I contacted the manager and asked for some sort of reduction in price and informed him that we had been coming here for quite some time. There was no sense of loyalty or customer appreciation and was given a pathetic $50.16 off a total bill of $1,380.00. Along with a less than satisfying explanation that they had no control over when the construction happens, even though they had the cabin next to us rented out to the workers. How do you not know when this is going top happen if you have the construction workers staying at the facility???

I would highly recommend that you stay somewhere else in Tofino. This place was a real joke.
