Vancouvers Cheapest Accomodation

When I arrived at American Backpackers, I was helped up the stairs with my bags by the other guests. There is a really friendly atmosphere here, and its like everyone are good friends. One thing I like about this place is that the staff are usually people who have stayed here before, so they can empathize with any concerns a guest has. The hostel has all the essentials;laundry, bathrooms, internet access. This place is 2.5 times less expensive than any other hostel I know of in the city, and its as good as the best of them. It is also in a prime location. I can't recomend this place enough.

Unique Quality: There is a great view of North Vancouver from the roof. Its location is also ideal, 2 minutes from Granville Street.

cheapest downtown accomodation

i like to call it the ghetto, cdn$10 per night or cdn$60 per week, i met some really good people here, and the money you save you can spend at any one of numerous bars just blocks away

Unique Quality: right in downtown, kitchen, smoking allowed

Q: Vancouver to Oakland Flight "Hi from Sydney, I am going to Canada in July and would like to go to San Fransisco by plane. I am also ok to fly from Belligham..."

A: "You could try Alegiant Air. They fly out of Bellingham and they are very reasonably priced. I think they fly nonstop to Oakland or San Francisco."
