my family and i, a total of 5 people stayed at the carmana on 2 occasions in aug/sept. first stay was only for 1 night and the second stay was for 4 nights. we took a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge! security was really tight as u can only access the floor u r staying at with the key. the kitchen was very well equipped with utensiles, cutlery and even a dishwasher and oven. the bedrooms were reasonably sized but the apartment had 2 toilets which was great. there as also a proper dining area and the balcony had a great view of robson street at night. the sofa in the hall could also be converted into a double sofa bed. excellent location also. great for those travelling in groups of more than 3 ppl as the price of the 2 bedroom suite is much cheaper than if u were to book 2 rooms in a normal hotel. plus it comes with the kitchen!

Unique Quality: excellent security, value and location.

Directions: its at the junction of alberni and thurlow. look out for their black and yellow flags hanging along the street.
