This hotel is only a couple of years old, and features very comfortable suites; they're a bit on the small side, but still nice, and the south-facing ones have balconies. The north-facing rooms may be a bit noisy, depending on the traffic on Georgia St., but to compensate, they all have absolutely stunning views of Burrard Inlet and the mountains beyond.
