Not bad, but you pay for the name...
My nephew took part in a competition that was held at the Richmond Olympic Oval and all athletes had to stay at the Sheraton. The location was pretty convenient: just a short walk away from the tournament facilities, and no more than a 10-min walk to the Richmond Shopping Centre and the Lansdowne skytrain station. The hotel itself was everything you could expect from a Sheraton: a nice lobby with lots of room, great service, a Starbucks coffee counter (thank goodness for that, otherwise breakfast would have been very expensive!), several meeting rooms, and an amazing fitness centre. As for the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, but all night long you could hear noise coming from the street and airplanes flying by. You also had to pay extra (and it wasn't cheap) to have Internet access in your room. All in all, although this was a really nice hotel, I thought I had a much better deal staying at the Ramada across the street than my nephew did staying at the Sheraton.
Unique Quality: There's a swimming pool and the fitness centre is bigger than most gyms I've been to!

Canada's best hotel
a high-quality hotel with wonderful, caring service and excellent convention space. You could quite comfortably live there with no problems.
Unique Quality: The convention space is highly recommendable. The Thirsty Turtle (in-hotel bar) may have a few hefty prices, but the environment is worth it...the waitresses (especially Dominique) are lovely and try their best to keep up with the pace...just stay away from the witch who runs the place.

Great hotel along with a great price
Extensive conference facilities, fine restaurants, four popular nightspots, conveniently located in the heart of Richmond, many entertainment and relaxation opportunities nearby, walking distance to two major shopping malls plus knowledgeable and courteous staff for $125.00/CDN + tax...what more could you ask for???
