    This hotel is suitable for all travellers. It's located in downtown Vancouver and is a modern highrise. They have rooms to suit every budget, so it's worth looking into this one.

    The amenities include: airconditioning, mini-fridges, kitchens, laundry, parking, meeting rooms, coffee shop and more. Here are weekly and monthly rates also available. You pay between $69/$50 and $110 CAD/$79 USD per night in this place for a double occupancy in high season.

  • The YWCA is located on Georgia and Beatty; across from Skytrain, GM Place, 3 blocks from Yaletown and a short walk from the Sea Wall. It's a clean, comfortable no frills place with an extremely helpful desk team. Use of Y-recreation facilities a few blocks away. You can chose a single with shared or in-room bath (if available) for about $60 Canadian. (There's a sink and mini-fridge in each room.) If you're travelling with a group, they even have quad rooms. The prices are on the Web site. If you're the kind of traveller that does NOT hang out in your room, but prefers to be out roaming, (and to spend you money on attractions and great dinners) stay here.

    Good location, good price.

  • Hotel was very clean and reasonable plus for a additional minimum fee for parking. Well worth it. You are walking distance to the Skytrain. A little bit more of hike but if you chose to you can walk it Chinatown, Gastown, Heritage District and Yaletown.

    CAD57/ night (GST included) to have a private room, share bathrooms and washroom (one washroom cum shower place). clean and tidy room and lobby but if you just want a bed and shower as budget travel, i do not think this is the right choice. Also, just got one washroom to meet about 12 room occupants... you can imagine how it is...

    i do not know about other rooms, but my room was not bad as i stayed on the 11th floor, facing BC Place, great view during dawn (for those who got up early just like me)

    YWCA is conveniently located in Betty St. in front of BC Place. The prices are affordable but even the staff wasn't that friendly, they were very helpful and I would definitely stay there again. Whether travelling with a group, a friend or solo, they have a room to suit your needs and budget.
