WE chose this hotel because it is right in the village . It was fine , friendly service , rooms were clean ...a little basic but good value.

Not bad
Nice location but the rooms are very tired and dated. This place is really nothing special so don't pay too much for it. It's handy for the slopes and the village. The car park is small, expensive and they only let you leave it there till 1pm so you can't do a full day skiing on your checkout day unless you move your car. Not my fave place and probably won't be back.

Mountainside Lodge

Places to stay in Whistler in June
What are some options for sleeping accomodations in whistler in June that are not outrageous in price but have nice accomodations?

I found Whistler in the summer relatively inexpensive as compared to winter, as it is off-season. If you look on the internet, you can get some great deals. We had a nice room with a kitchen and fireplace at the Pan Pacific for $119 Canadian a night. You can also check out the hostel, but I heard it's pretty rustic there. (www.hihostels.ca). If you have a car, you may want to check out Pemberton, which is 20 minutes from Whistler and has cheaper accommodation.

check out mountainside lodge. their one bedroom unit with full kitchen was $150 last june.

I just book 3 nigths for early july and got great prices.
(betwen $65 and $85 can).
