Best Western Edmundston
Had a very nice one-night stay here on a recent business trip (Oct. 2010), my first time at this particular Best Western hotel. The hotel is only about a year old. The front lobby is very nicely decorated, and reception was friendly and bilingual. After a minor glitch with the room I was initially assigned, I was quickly moved to another room.
The hotel is located adjacent to Hwy 2 (Trans-Canada Hwy), but I never heard any outside noise. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep.
Unique Quality: I didn't get a chance to use them, but there is a pool with slide for the kiddies, a wading pool, a jacuzzi, and an exercise room.
In the morning, a buffet breakfast is also included in the price, which includes hot or cold cereals, toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, brown beans, fried potatoes, juice, coffee, and tea.
