Airport Inn Motel in Lincoln, Fredericton
An accomodation for the very budget minded.
It is located in Lincoln, and as the name implies, not far (2-3 kilometers) from the Fredericton Airport. Lincoln is a community at the east edge of Fredericton, on the south side of the St. John River.
The Airport Inn Motel is about a kilometer east outside of the Fredericton city limits. It is the closest motel to the Airport.

If you're going eastbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take exit 297 at Nevers Rd. (between Fredericton and Oromocto), and turn left (north). Continue along the full length of Nevers Rd., and turn left (west) when you reach Lincoln Rd. Watch for the Airport Motel on your right.
If you're going westbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take exit 297 at Never Rd. (between Fredericton and Oromocto), and turn right. Follow the Nevers Rd. to the end, and turn left onto Lincoln Rd. Watch for the Airport Motel on your right.
