Coastal Inn Silverwood
A nice mid-range motel at the west end of the city, along Woodstock Rd. (Rte 102)
You're only about 10 minutes from uptown or downtown Fredericton. Good place to stay if you want somewhere on the outskirts of the city.
About a 15-minute drive to Mactaquac Park, beach, and golf course.
It's about a 20-minute drive to Kings Landing Historical Settlement.
If you're doing some skiing at Crabbe Mountain, it would be the closest budget-minded accomodation to the ski hill.
Unique Quality: Outdoor pool during the summer.
Free parking

Detailed directions:
If you're going eastbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take exit onto Rte 102 towards Mactaquac. Route 102 becomes Woodstock Rd. as you enter the city limits, and the Coastal Inn Silverwood will be on your right.
If you're going westbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take the exit to Hwy 7 into Fredericton. Take the exit for Hwy 8 towards Edmundston, then exit at Hanwell Rd. (exit 3). Turn left onto the Prospect St. extension, and follow this down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, the road becomes Woodstock Rd. Just keep going straight, and watch for the Coastal Inn Silverwood on your left.
