Very nice Hotel, however is located approx. 25 minutes out of town in Mactaquac. Very well kept with amazing buffet!

Very nice place to stay. The pictures here don't do the place justice....I'll have to go back in the morning when the sun is in a better location, to get a better shot.
It used to be under the Best Western name until a few years ago.
You can stay in the rooms in the Inn, or there are also cottages closer to the water's edge.
It is located about 19 kms (about 12 miles) west of uptown or downtown Fredericton.
The Inn is not actually within the city limits of Fredericton.
A room for a couple for one night will run you about $150. CDN in the summer season.
During the winter, it's a more convenient place to stay if you're planning to do some downhill skiing at Crabbe Mountain.
The scenery around the complex is great. It is beside the Mactaquac Dam, and is also a short drive to Mactaquac Park and the Mactaquac Golf Course. There's also a short walking trail in the woods around the Inn.

Detailed directions:
If you're going eastbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take exit 258 for Route 102. Then, take the Mactaquac exit.
If you're going westbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), and want to avoid driving into Fredericton altogether, take exit 271 for the Mazerolle Settlement Rd. north (right). Just follow this road until you come to Route 102, then turn east (right). Then take the Mactaquac exit.
From Fredericton, go west on Prospect St. or Woodstock Rd. and just keep going. They both connect to Rte 102. Take the Mactaquac exit, and you're there.
