If you're checking their website, you'll see a wharf with a boy and his bicycle on it. I don't know where they took that picture, but there is certainly no lake beside Fredericton's Lakeview Inn. (!)
A room for 2 for one night will run you about $107. CDN (about US$ 81.00).
They don't have a restaurant on site, but they offer a complimentary continental breakfast.
They also offer free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies 24 hrs of the day, as well as a newspaper.
There are a number of other restaurants, both eat-in and take-out nearby on Prospect St. however.

If you're going eastbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take highway 8 into Fredericton, and take the Hanwell Rd. exit (exit 3). Turn right (north) onto Hanwell Rd., then right at the lights onto Prospect St. You'll see the Lakeview Inn and Suites ahead of you on the left.
If you're going westbound on the Trans-Canada Hwy (Hwy 2), take exit 285 towards Fredericton. As you come into the built-up area, you'll be on Regent St. At the 3rd set of traffic lights, make a left (west) onto Prospect St. Continue along Prospect St. until you see the Lakeview Inn and Suites on your right.
The Inn's civic address is 665 Prospect St. (not 445 as you may see elsewhere here on VT).
