I stayed here primarily because it was free for me, since I used frequent flyer miles. Otherwise I wouldn't necessarily stay here, its located quite a distance from Signal Hill and its somewhat overpriced. Although I've been told that accomodation in St John's is generally pricey.
If your not into Fish, or want to eat somewhere safe, the hotel is attached to an East Side Marios (Restaurant) which offers the finest in pastas and other Italian foods (with a New York feel). It also has an outdoor swimming pool. Theme: HotelComparison: more expensive than average
