We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our touring holiday. Our last 2 nights were charged at only C$129.00 which is a bargain. The staff were great as they provided a brilliant service and were so friendly. We made use of the indoor swimming pool and the sauna which were quite small but deserted so we had the place to ourselves.
We had a late flight home but were able to leave our luggage after checking out and also allowed to use the fascillities at the pool to get showered and changed before going to the airport.
Breakfast was continental buffet style which was varied enough to offer something for everyone. We were able to skip lunch a couple of days as we were so full after breakfast. We ate out every night so can't comment on Mario's restaurant but it looked o.k. and was usually pretty busy.
Unique Quality: The room or suite should I say was fab and we had a lovely view of the harbour as we were on the 7th floor. The rooms were nice and big, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The lounge had everything that we needed including arm chairs, sofas, a desk and T.V. etc. There was also a mini-bar, a fridge and microwave etc. The bathroom was also luxurious and clean.
The radisson is in an ideal location just a stone's throw from the harbour and within walking distance of most of Halifax's attractions. The price we paid was good value considering the quality and size of the rooms. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.
Directions: A stone's throw from the harbour.
