Have only booked others in here. They have been quite happy with this place. It's not too pricey, centrally located, and easy to find. That also means if you want room service, and luxury appointments, go somewhere else.
Has a nice view over the harbour, a heated pool, nice large rooms, with quite a few services, coffee makers in rooms. Within walking distance (if you are reasonably fit) of museums, parks, etc. One really nice aspect of this hotel is that it is very close to the Milton Interpretive Park, which is a lovely spot, with some nice historic information about the town.
Between the park and hotel you will find a Wendy's Restaurant and a Tim Horton's Coffee, so you won't go hungry!
