Yes, that is their motto. Did you get goosebumps? Churchill Mansion has a lovely history to it. And you can see that fromt he moment you step in through the front door. Bob, the owner, is very accomodating and friendly. He loves what he does and he takes an interest in his guests. There are only 8 rooms, so there are usually very few people roaming around. Breakfast is available in the dining area that looks over Darling Lake. This is partitioned into two separate rooms. The other room is where the daily seafood buffet is served. Breakfast averages $5.95 with your typical eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, hashbrown combinations. You can also purchase sides separately. Fish cakes, a local item, are also available at breakfast. The seafood buffet consists of fresh fish that Bob purchases earlier that day at the market downtown. He does all of the cooking at breakfast and the seafood at dinner. Another staff member does the rest of dinner. The seafood buffet is $14.95. These are bargain prices for some really good food. Also, you cannot beat the price of rooms.

Unique Quality: Lovely antique decor. Very warm and welcoming. Now, the mansion is rumored to have a few extra residents that don't necessarily show themselves. Whether you believe or not, it's still a wonderful place to stay where stories and history are endless...
