Best Hotel in London
This was the best stay we had at any hotel.
The room was well appointed... it looked like it was out of a magazine...
The staff were most accomodating and were freindly and helpful ... they truly cared about how your stay was at the hotel.
Nice pool area, great food,
Unique Quality: Room was on an executive floor, you need a key to get to the floor.
They had a special Lounge on the 20th floor were breakfast was served..
The hostess in the lounge pampered you and made you feel like a king.
This place know the meaning of service.
