 My stay at this hotel of this was the worst I've had at any hotel in GTA.
I had planned to stay for 9 days so a business trip
Around the 6th day of my stay I noticed a bed bug.
Being a lady I was VERY upset about this and reported it to the front desk
I showed them the bug and they argued that it was not a bed bug
and something else. I am CERTAIN this was a bedbug either was they are infested with bugs
at this hotel. I requested that the rest of my stay be refunded as I wished to leave.
They told me this was not possible as I had paid with my credit card and they charged me
for the entire stay and I would have to stay the next 3 days or lose the money for those days.
Extremely unfriendly staff that insisted on rudely agruing with me about this issue.
I stayed until the last day of my trip as I didnt not want to lose the 360 I paid for the 3 nightly stays.
On my checkout date they had checked the room and accused me of stealing a phone.
I was staying in a suite with has 2 rooms and they claimed there was a phone in each room,
which was not the case. One of the rooms doesn't even has a phone jack so that theory is impossible.
I also noticed upon receiving my receipt that they had charged an extra $5 per night than I had
been told to and authorized, a small amount but I was still upset about it.
Onced I arrived home and upacked my bags I noticed I had forgotten my digital camera
in my hotel room (I then remembered where in the room I left it) I called the hotel
and got hung up on then tried again and of course the "camera could not be found"
I cant say I was that surprised.

-INSECT INFESTED
-HARD TO FIND LOCATION

I personally saw examples of this at least 4 times
