When booking our hotel in Niagara Falls, I was really going for a central location so that we would be able to walk most places. The Days Inn near the falls really fit the bill. Just down the road one way is the touristy area of Clifton Hill (at the bottom of the hill is a great view of the falls and the entrance to the Maid of the Mist boat ride). Just down the road the other way is the Skylon Tower and the Fallsview Casino.
The beds were a bit on the hard side but we managed to get a good nights sleep. I was concerned about the noise level from the street, lots of drivers around there like their stereos LOUD. But by the time we got to bed it had really quieted down.
For breakfast you are given a coupon for the buffet across the street. Or there is a Denny's right next door. Kind of like being stuck between a rock and a hard place if you ask me! The buffet was not that great.

Unique Quality: They do have a pool, sauna, whirlpool, gameroom, pool table and a giftshop. We did not make use of any of them.
