Great Gorge Adventure Pass
by chrissyalex
If it is your first visit to Niagara Falls, you may want to purchase the Great Gorge Adventure Pass. This ticket which they give to you in kind of a passport holder grants you admission to four of Niagara Falls best attractions: The Maid of the Mist,The Journey Behind the Falls, The White Water Walk and The Butterfly Conservatory. The cost is around $23.50 US and it works out less expensive than if you paid tp visit these attractions separately. Free transportation between the attractions by bus is also included if you don't feel like driving or don't have a vehicle. I have never purchased the pass, but I have visited all four attractions over a few different trips to Niagara Falls and I enjoyed them all.

Rainbow Bridge

Our first view of the Falls was from the Rainbow Bridge as we crossed from New York State in the United States into Ontario, Canada. It was really pretty impressive scenery!
The bridge toll is $2.50 US and totally worth it for the view!
Rotating Restaurant!
by Gwynethart about Skylon Tower Dining Room
Steak, salads, soups, various chicken dishes, fish...I had Chicken Cordon Bleu and it was good. The thing about this restaurant which makes it different is that you have to go up the exterior elevator to reach the restaurant. If you are afraid of heights, don't stand near the window - once we were near the top, I had to look away! The restaurant rotatates slowly, so you can have a view of the Falls, which is lit with colors at night. I have only been there once, and it was not the greatest meal in the world, but it really was tasty enough. Chicken Cordon Bleu is fine, and everyone else at the table seemed to like whatever they ordered.
just for drinks
by lar-n-me about Ruby Tuesday's
Ruby Tuesday's is conveniently located on Clifton Hill (the entertainment district) so we stopped in for a drink (or 2..). Other than The Keg Steakhouse, this was my only good glass of wine. I came to the conclusion that I wasn't satisfied with any Canadian house wines. Even premium choice Candadian wines were having a tough time pleasing my palate.
Sitting at the top of Ruby's is a good place to view the animated streets of Clifton Hills.
It's also walking distance to the falls and overlooks the park area.
