This is a good accomodation if you don't mind not getting a big breakfast (the only have bread, muffins, coffee and juice).
Other than that it's quite cheap (we paid $ 50 a night) and only 1 mile away from Clifton Hill - so you're in walking distance to the main tourist area but still not too close to be annoyed by the crowds of tourists staying at hotels their!
