    It's amazing. The views are spectacular. The Keg Steakhouse sits on the 9th floor overlooking Niagara Falls. TGIF is on the main floor as well as a Starbucks and The Keg Bar.

    We were on the 41st out of 42 floors, corner room, toward the falls in a Junior Presidential Suite. I felt more like a princess than a president. The room included a bedroom and living room, each with their own t.v. A dining table by the living room window (wall - windows were all from top to bottom ) directly above the horseshoe falls. The bedroom included a gas fireplace and was the room with the corner view. Also we had a kitchen, a shower room and, a bath area with a jacuzzi with opening windows toward the bedroom and fallsview. embassy suites hotel

    We arrived late at night, but found the hotel clerk exceptionally nice and helpful, very welcoming. He helped us with a place to eat that late, then even asked how dinner had gone the next day when we ran into him. All staff members seemed very nice but he (shawn, I think) went out of his way for us. They offer some great guest specials. Free snacks and drinks (one alcoholic beverage each) on the 9th floor Manager's Reception nightly. Also 3 coupons for $40 off (each) of your dining total for 3 different restaurants. That 3 restaurants, 3 coupons, obviously a lot of money to be saved if you decide to stay "home" and dine. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed at the time (renovation?) They were updating their look so we can only assume. They have a free buffet breakfast offered every morning from 7:30 - 10:30a.m. down in their T.G.I. Friday's restaurant. It was all good. Oh and if you order room service, be sure to try the shrimp cocktail. Jumbo tiger shrimp with the best cocktail sauce we've had.

    Booked a family fun package over two nights for $400US which included breakfasts, CAN$40 voucher for dinner at a restaurant and free tickets to attractions nearby. The suite was really big and had the view of the horseshoe falls. Breakfast was served in the TFI Fridays attached and was a buffet with plenty of choice. The pool was skanky to say the least and only around 20m x 8m depth 1m max, again clearly for the children. When in the pool area families kept checking it out and making a hasty exit. There is an outdoor terrace for sunbathing in the summer but this does not face the falls. Included in the price is a 'managers reception' that promises drinks and snacks. Unlimited soft drinks and tea/coffee and bombay mix and crisps (potato chips) as a snack. Not pleasant really but the drinks are free and you get up to two alcoholic freebies if you want. Another inclusion is a ton of tokens in the arcade. The arcade has about eight machines to spend them on. Car parking is paid for on top of your bill around $20 Canadian a day I think.

    The suites are great. View of the falls, two queen beds with tv, jacuzzi bath, seperate toilet and shower, sink and tea/coffee and a sitting room with table chairs, bed settee and another tv. These things can sleep up to seven people. This hotel is good value and clean. Nothing spectacular yet good enough. I think my judgement is a little biased as we had arrived via NY and Ithaca where we had the personal touch of two great hosts and the corproate feel of this place was a contrast. Our daughter, aged 10, thought this was the best place we stayed at though. Recommendation? Yes as long as you know what to expect it is hard to beat in value and the suites are great.

    When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded from the 15th to the 25th floor because we were there on our honeymoon! Then on the first evening we were there they brought us two boxes of chocolate and a card congradulating us on our marriage, so that was very nice. They had a great breakfast buffet each morning with plenty to chose from, and everything was very good! They also offered a managers reception each night where we each received 1 free alcoholic beverage and snacks (veggies, dip, pretzels and chips). They also had a restuarant downstairs call The Keg, and the food was amazing. You can also see the falls while you eat. The view from the room was amazing. We could not have asked for a nicer and more helpful staff!

  • This Embassy Suites is what you would expect from an ES except with slower elevators. (Just four for a 42-floor hotel -- and it does slow you down.) Location is convenient. Rooms were clean. Stay away from the TGIF restaurant attached, though. There are faster, cheaper and better restaurants all around.

    Great views. Decent pool.

    What a wonderful experience. Our room was a 36th floor , a jaccuzzi suite that overlooked both falls. It was simply breathtaking. The suite was very large, and Embassy Suites does it up right!! The staff was wonderful and friendly. We ate at The Keg on the 9th floor. The food was exceptional and prices were reasonable. The bartender makes a mean key lime martini !! It was a incredible experience I would recommed to anyone.

    If you are going to do Niagara Falls, do it up right. Get a fallsview room. It simply has to be experienced.

    We made our reservations through Expedia and got a good deal. The hotel was very nice. The Keg restaurant on the 9th floor has excellent food at very reasonable prices. The service was quick and the steaks we ate both nights were cooked to perfection. We stayed in room 2618 on the 26th floor the view was amazing the room was very clean , great fluffy bath towels. The hotels free breakfast was really good and the nightly managers reception (also free)was a nice snack!

    The view!!!!!!!!The food!!!!Valet parking (this is the only parking at the hotel and is an extra fee of $20/day which is not included in your rate.)

  • A group of us checked into the Embassy in late March, and we had a ball. We were a large group, and the front desk put all of our rooms right together. Other hotels said they couldn't do that, but the Embassy did. They were great to us! The suites are gorgeous. All the furniture looks brand new. The beds were heavenly. I got the greatest nights sleep there! We all had views of Niagara Falls from our room, and it was just beautiful. We could see everything! The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. We were seated quickly, and all the food was hot and great. We also loved dining at The Keg. That's their restaurant on the 9th floor. That too has a great view. The location was the best out of any hotel in the area. 2 thumbs up for the hotel and their staff. They made our trip that much more enjoyable.

  • After checking out probably 10 Niagara Falls hotels, and actually checking out of one because it was so awful, we chose the Embassy Suites. We were thrilled we had! The service was excellent. I have never encountered such a fine group of workers that were all so friendly, helpful, bright and willing to assist. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Hats off to all of them. The room was spacious and it was very clean. You could've eaten off the floor. This hotel has the best view of the falls. The other hotels cannot compare. Also, the full hot breakfast buffet is included, and that was quite tasty. This hotel is very impressive, and we are recommending it to everyone we know.

  • For a little March getaway, my husband and I went to Niagara Falls. We fell in love with the Embassy Suites!! Our room was so incredible. It was a "fallsview" suite. That's what you got-Falls view that was unreal. We got the best pictures just from our room!! The jacuzzi in the room was perfect, and you could even see the falls while you were in it. We liked that the room had a fridge and micro, plus minibar. They also have a restaurant, The Keg, in the hotel. That was great too. Great food, and again, great views. We loved this place!
