worst place to stay

when we first arrived we were told that we booked cabin 21 when we knew for a fact that we booked cabin 20 as the owner confirmed that later and said it was a courtesy to us as they were expecting partiers in the other cabins which was untrue it was a family that wanted to stay side by side which i think was unfair to the people that made reservations months in advance so to start with we enter our cabin and i was shocked it was very clean but the floors are all buckled and slanted,the couch looks like it was about 20 years old and needed to be thrown out also the bed was on a slant due to the floors and it was like sleeping on a hill later in our stay we discovered mold in closet ceiling and bathroom and the jets in the whirlpool did not work and motel staff didnt seem to care there was no cold water all there was is scalding hot water which they refused to fix and with 2 small kids this was difficult even the toilet tank was hooked up to hot water also our cottage had a lovely view of the dumpster which as the long weekend progressed it smelled horrible the only good thing was the cottage had ac in all rooms their was a pool but the staff dont monitor the people using it and was alot of people drinking and being rowdy around the pool and you have to ask for pool towels from office which due to a big family reunion that stayed their there was never many pool towels some days there was none so you couldnt swim unless you wanted to air dry as you wernt allowed to use the room towels the playpens they provided for our kids were not to good either other than the lies and the conditon of the place the staff was helpful and friendly just dont ask them to fix anything

Unique Quality: there wasnt anything good except the office staff were excellent but on a good note the falls manor restaurant was excellent food highly recommened just dont stay at the motel unless your desperate
