Nice rooms and layout. NO view of falls at all. Parking (free) is sketchy (space). We opted for the breakfast package with Holiday Inn priority club. Good supply of food but the eggs tasted like fish. Kind of odd, not in a really bad way so much as I ate them but my wife could not. Kids breakfast had 3 options and they were happy. The free wi fi was not working for hours when we first arrived and I might as well have been speaking Bravanese to the front desk as they were clueless. At any rate it did right itself hours later but was a bummer as we were going to use this to "check things out" before we left the hotel. Could have been a techy glich so I call no foul ;( . We were there Dec. 27, 2008. Major wind this day and really impeded our visit. Border crossing coming in was a PIA. (Rainbow bridge) IF you HAVE KIDS BRING their BIRTH CERTIFICATES or else they will make you think you are insane for not having them on your person??? I would definitely opt for a falls view (hotel) in the cold season as at least you can see something even in bad weather.
Nice indoor pool (heated) jacuzzi and sauna. Plenty of towels as well. Nice for kids, not very deep in the "deep" end.
