BEST VALUE CLOSE TO THE FALLS!
The Horseshoe Falls Motor Inn is in a great location, around the corner from the new Fallsview Casino Resort and within easy walking distance to the falls, Table Rock and the Incline Railway. The rooms are brand new as of 2005 and are similar to those of a Hampton Inn. They have nice new T.V.'s, comfortable beds, a small table in each room and nice new marble and ceramic bathrooms. The rooms do not have coffee makers or refrigerators. They could use some more help at the front desk, but the service is friendly and patient. You will not find many tourist brochures so go to the Tourism office first.
Unique Quality: According to the web site kids stay and eat here free. Actually, they eat free at My Cousin Vinny's restaurant across the parking lot. You can ask the desk clerk and he/she will give you a ticket for your kids to eat there, however the adult prices will make up the difference in cost. There is a small outdoor pool that I used once (not too crowded). The big bonus here is the quality of the rooms and location for the price. I paid $95 US a night in July. They also have an early 1:00 check in time.
