I have stayed at this hotel for many years, however it has been going downhill steadily for the last year. I stayed for 3 days just recently and I'm sorry to say the following but it must be said in order for this hotel to get back to the way it was. First of all the pool was not working, it was cold. The room was very smelly and the sink was clogged. Not only was the sink clogged but the toilet was clogged as well. I did complain and the problem was fixed but for 3 nights I asked for the bed frame to be fixed and nothing was done. The rug was very dirty and I kept my shoes on. The staff was very nice but I was informed that the hotel had new owners. I would have to state that from what I can see the new owners are more interested in saving every penny than giving a guest even a slight bit of their money's worth. I would never stay at this hotel again. I wish the new owners luck because they are going to need it.
We booked direct and used the 15% discount voucher from their home page. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and free wirless internet in the lobby area. Very clean rooms of a basic standard but can't fault them. Free parking and based on Lundys Lane. Lundys Lane is home to all the best places to eat in Niagara and the hotel is a short walk from the very good Mick and Angelos. We paid $180 for 3 nights including tax but the rate varies on the time of year and weekends.
