What place at Niagra on the lake or even Niagara Falls would have a nice view of sunrise?

Well, NOTL is on the shore of Lake Ontario and faces North, so I don't think that will do you much good. The Canadian side of the Falls faces East and there are some high-rise hotels so anywhere along that area would be the best place.
You can't at either of these locations - all views would be over fairly densely populated areas of the USA. Sunrise = look south-east. Nigara on the Lake is on the south shore of Lake Ontario, and the only open view would be towards the north.
Niagara Falls - no open view whatsoever - dense population / buildings everywhere.
I have never seen such a cool looking water fountain, it looks so antique. I don't know I just liked it and wanted to share it with the class. You would never find any thing like this around our way and if one did exist it would have graffiti or would have been distroyed long ago by the kids that have nothing better to do than get in trouble. It's nice to see a town that doesn't seem to have these type of issues.
A great little winery, with some very palatable wines.
