Not just Grapes in the Vinyards

by CdnJane

When VTer Tasmania (Sharon) was visiting, I took her down to the Niagara area, and we had to stop at a vinyard. We had a running joke about seeing moose... having tried to tell her that they are to be found in Northern Ontario. After saying that, they kept appearing in the darndest locations - a Canadian Tire store, and then... in the yard of the Inniskillen Winery. Of course, this happened to be a transplanted moose from Toronto!! Complete with one stolen antler.
We didn't actually buy or try any wines, but there is quite the variety to choose from. Since Sharon was continuing on for another couple of months, wine would be a rather awkward and heavy purchase.
