Good stay
Stayed at this hotel with our Lacross team for two nights. We had two double beds in our rooms, with a fridge and microwave. Everything was fine till we came back to the room after our game to find that the room was still warm. We called down to the front desk, and told her about our problem . The clerk was busy and told us that she would get back to us soon as she could. When not too long after she came to our room, to see if she could do anything about the air, and when nothing worked, she gave us a key and told us we could move to another room. The new room already had the air on, so it was nice and cool. As busy as they were they seemed to have great customer service.
We didnt stay for breakfast as we had a full breakfast across the street from the hotel.
Our team didn't win, but we end up staying the extra night, and catching the train into the city, for some sight seeing.
Would stay here again no problem.
Unique Quality: The great thing about this hotel is that it wasn't too far to the train station that took you downtown Toronto.
