Well the first time we stayed at the Best Western Hotel was in the summer during the week so it was pretty quiet. The second time we went was in the winter in late February. Both times we stayed there was great. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, the hot tub was warm and the scenery from was great. I would recomend this hotel to anyone who drove into thunder bay or that had a car. It was a bit of a drive to downtown but it was worth it.
Unique Quality: As I stated above the hotel was nice quiet and clean. The rooms were nice. During the winter we were close enough to a mountain to go skiing and even tubing everyday. The resturant was also good so if you were at the hotel just because of the ski hill nearby you wouldn't have to go too far to get a good meal.
Directions: If you were coming from the Canadian Border like I was just follow Hwy 61 towards town and you will see it on the right across from a bar/tarven and beside a hockey arena.
