Comfort Suites City Centre: Nice hotel in a convenient location

The Comfort Suites has an immaculate lobby and nice, clean spacious rooms. There's a Bell Internet kiosk across from the elevators. The convenience store in the lobby has all the basic necessities. Getting around? TTC streetcars run frequently along Dundas. There are some street people wandering along Jarvis and Dundas Streets, but it really isn't that bad. They ignored me the whole time when I was walking around. So what else is in the area? Going up and down Jarvis, there's the 4 star Grand Hotel, Sears Canada head office, decent 24 hr supermarket, Harvey's fast food, Ramada Hotel, and a Tim Horton's. Along the scruffy section of Dundas, there's a few convenience stores and pizza places. Eaton Centre is about a 10-12 min walk or 3 min streetcar ride. The gay section of Church Street is about a 15-20 min walk.
