    A fine but expensive hotel

    by

I recommend this hotel to everybody. I was only 2 nights here and it was for certain one of the best customer service experiences.

For example they all seem to know your name, making me wonder if they embedded a chip in me or something. After checking in at the desk the representative Florencia came from around the front of the desk and escorted me to the elevator and explained all the other details of the hotel is another example. The concierge were very helpful as well.he hotel is in the heart of Yorkville, about 10 minutes away from the harbour front and the financial district. I liked the location of the hotel and that it is seperate from the main tourist areas. Although the hotel has boring traditional decor, I thought the rooms were large.

This hotel is the original property in the Four Season's luxury chain, and it looks a bit out-dated for a hotel group of this caliber. However, don't let the decor fool you, the service is still top notch.

    Unique Quality: SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE!

    Toronto's Finest!

I was invited to attend the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business gala dinner and Toronto and it was arranged for the Four Seasons Hotel. There is one thing I heard and now beleive about the Four Seasons and that is the level of service you receive. This was my first ever stay at a Four Seasons and it was for certain one of the best customer service experiences.

For example they all seem to know your name, making me wonder if they embedded a chip in me or something. After checking in at the desk the representative Florencia came from around the front of the desk and escorted me to the elevator and explained all the other details of the hotel is another example. The concierge were very helpful as well.

The hotel itself is located right in the heart of the trendy Yorkville district.

Unique Quality: A nice indoor-outdoor pool in the health club area.

    Elegance and upscale

    by

This hotel is highly recommended for business travellers. Even though i live in Toronto, i had the opportunity to stay in this hotel once since my dad worked here receiving a good discount. But this hotel can be on the pricy side. Ranging from $80-$500 Cdn a nite per room.
Hotel is located in the core downtown close to all the fancy restaurants and shops. This area (called the Yorkville area) is the equivalent of the shopping area of rodeo drive in LA or SOHO area in NYC.

Unique Quality: Great room services and very clean rooms

Directions: located Behind Bay subway station

The best in Canada ??? Probably

    by

With the flagship hotel here in Toronto, this might be the best Four Seasons in Canada if not the world for it's impeccable service, location, and just plain luxury !!!! The lobby is just breathtaking, it's like stepping into your own multi-million dollar house !!!! The staff speaks some 10 different languages...and the hotel restaurants are 5 stars to say the least !!!! The rooms are huge by Four Seasons standards...the bed is to die for !!!! The bathrooms full of marble with lots of space...his and her vanities (essential when traveling with the girlfriend !!!!) Room service and turndown service perfect !!!! Fresh flowers await your arrival and complimentary breakfast in the exclusive Four Seasons club is a must for the begining of a day !!! I could go on and on, put without a doubt a perfect 10 out of 10 !!!!! If you have the money to stay here do it....you won't be disappointed !!!!!!

Unique Quality: Ask for upper level rooms....greta views on clear days !!!! The staff was AWESOME !!!!
