We booked 1 nights accommodation at this so called 5 star hotel. We arrived to see a beautiful hotel foyer, and friendly staff. My wife and i then proceeded up to our room to unwind before exploring the city and finding a place for dinner.
We walked into our room to a musty smell, it was like it had been locked up for a long time. The heat both hit us, we looked at each other and without saying a word we could tell both of us were disappointed. The room did have an air conditioner that was turned off, also it was a cheep brand portable. Nothing like 5 star quality eh!!! The temp in our room was 31 dec Celsius we had to sleep with a wet towel over us to keep cool.
Everywhere we turned we were hit with extra costs, parking $30, internet access $30.
We were severely disappointed with what we got for our money.
After seeing the room we didn't look any further
