Clean, Quiet, Affordable & a Great Location!

I have only good things to say about my stay at The Cromwell Suites! As I was in Toronto for a week, I tried to find accomodations that were both affordable and yet adequate, and The Cromwell was both!

This facility provides daily, weekly, and monthly rates. I had a one bedroom suite with a power shower, table for two, and small kitchen area. All amenities were provided to include microwave, oven, standard sized refrigerator, lot's of storage space and closets, iron & ironing board. Rogers Cable on the TV which was a bit older but functional. The kitchen area included the basic essentials... a few dishes, utensils, knives, can opener, glasses, and even dish washing detergent and cleaning supplies. Hint! Hint! A deposit is required to book accomodation here, but I had no trouble with the refund of this upon my return, based upon no trashing of the place.

I would highly recommend The Cromwell Suites as quite satisfactory at a less than expensive cost. I can truly say that I could be pleased to stay here again! What better compliment?

Unique Quality: The Cromwell Suites had a number of things going for it! My first consideration was the cost for a week's stay. Secondly, it was a great location! It is less than a block from Yonge Street and only 2 or 3 blocks from the subway. There are many shops, eateries & restaurants, small grocery stores for the basics, and a now favorite pub! See more about these in other tips!

The suite was clean and quiet. The shower was a "power shower" and one of the best ever! I'm told that Toronto has great water pressure and this shower with such force felt like it came directly from Niagara Falls. If you are driving while in Toronto, there is underground parking as well. Electronic access to the building and rooms was easy. There is also a laundry room for guests. Like a dummy, I didn't take extensive pictures, but have a few to share of the exterior and the view from my window. There is no food or vending machines available here, but you don't really need them as there are many establishments within a close walking distance for practically anything you may need or want..
