Helpfulness
An excellent stop, especially for cyclists
Well located, just outside the old town of Saint-Jovite (now part of Mont-Tremblant), the Auberge Gîte Le Voyageur is run by a very friendly couple. They were very happy to give us directions around town. We stayed there during the low season (early spring), which allowed us to see that all the rooms are quite large and well-lit. No need to ask for a particular room!
Also, as another trademark of good B&Bs, the breakfast was huge, giving us the calories we needed for a day of outdoor exploring!
Unique Quality: The B&B is one of two "Cyclo-Gîtes", meaning that they offer special deals to cyclists who are looking for a place to sleep as they travel on the "P'tit train du Nord" bike path. The Auberge Gîte Le Voyageur is located at km 82. The other one is the Auberge de la Gare, located at km 35 in Sainte-Adèle.
There is also a bus stop across the street from the B&B which takes people all the way to the Mont-Tremblant resort.
