We are experienced home-swappers and are expecting the same from you. Two adults and one child are part of our party; our house can accomodate 5 people (of a same family). It is situated in the heart of Montreal, in a residential area called Rosemont, near the 1976 Olympic Complex and Botanical Gardens. Metro, buses, stores, restaurants and all conveniences within walkable distance. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer and a nice shaded garden in the backyard.
We are open to offers for periods of three to four weeks, starting 2006, but will only answer to the ones coming with over 6 months delay prior to the exchange date for the months of July or August. We will require references and provide ours, and ...a bathtub and phone in your house! The exchange of a car is NOT included in our offer. No smoking is permitted in the house, neither are animals.
