 | Montreal Reviews | Tips 31 - 40 of 326 | | Excellent atmosphere. Very homey. I stayed in Chez Ileana for 3 nights very comfortably. SERVICES First thing I liked was the service of the owner herself, Ileana. From the time we arrived in her house, she gave us time to take a little rest and made us feel comfortable in our room. She then gave us brochures, maps and information we need for all the places in Montreal that we want to visit. The information she gave us was very useful and she even recommended us attractions that she does not want us to miss. FACILITIES & AMENITIES There are 2 bedrooms available in Chez Ileana, these are: Queen Room: Shared Bathroom, Queen Bed, Books to Read, Air-Conditioning Double room: Shared Bathroom, Double Bed, Television, Air Conditioning HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If you want your stay in a B&B with a personal touch and well presented continental breakfast, then call Ileana, book a room and she will be more than happy to accommodate you.
Chez Ileana has a charming facilities. You will enjoy your scrumptuous breakfast in a delightful dining room or on garden deck. Ileana is bilingual and can provide helpful tips and guidance to activities. 72$ CND + tax for three - There is 2$ tax without refund Claudette : 'Your hotel is very good for this price. Do not change'.
Located in the 'Quartier Latin', near the Rue Saint Denis and the metro station Berry. An ancient hotel but very sympathetic and clean. The washbasin is in the room but there is private bath. No lift but we were at the 2° floor (according to the French meaning). Set in the midst of the most vibrant of Montreal neighborhoods known as the Latin Quarter, this funky alternative hostel makes up for an overall sloppy appearence with its great location and devil may care attitude.
The place looks like a frat house after a huge party, with people sprawled in sleeping bags everywhere and in the heat wave that swept Montreal that weekend, it was a sweltering hotbox, but I found some cool breezes sleeping on our balcony. Somethings money can't buy, and this is one of them. although i'm not quite an amateur backpacker, i don't fond of expensive accomodation. as long as it's clean with attached bathroom, i'm more than grateful. this hotel furnished with oven and stove to cook. on top of that, it comes with all cooking utensils. well, it's rather too much for me as i'm always eat out.... hello, who cooks while backpacking?!! The intercontinental is a great business class hotel in the international district of Montreal. Its a short walk to the old city or chinatown area. The subway can be reached via interconnecting tunnels Leave a Comment
