Bed & Breakfast Centre Ville

Me and my buddy, we stayed there for nearly a week, with a brief respite in between as we stayed over at Québec City. The service at Bob & Mariko's BnB Network is exceptional. Usually, guests will be given rooms in the other BnBs that are within the network itself but we managed to get rooms and stayed with Bob and Mariko themselves. It was a truly a great honour to have had such great hosts.

We had two different rooms for the two periods of stay we had there and both were elegantly furnished. Very very clean and linens were changed as and when requested. The beds would already have been made the moment we came back from any of our outings and the towels were changed daily as well. We stayed there during winter and the heating system was definitely more than adequate. Comfy beds, great decor and they even had a small cosy reading corner outside of the rooms near the dining area. That was a welcome retreat whenever I needed to catch up on a night's reading if I felt like it.

The best things about this BnB are the exceptional personalised service and the excellent breakfasts served. Bob and Mariko are very hospitable hosts, who will make it their point to remember your names so that they can greet you when they meet you for breakfast in the morning. Very very nice people. And the breakfast consisted of a choice of delicious soft croissants, or English muffins or bagels, together with milk and cereal. And the tea or coffee is free-flowing so, that's one hearty breakfast! :-) And the hosts also recommended that we take a trip down to Mont Royal to have some fun ice-skating and to have fun with tons of snow. We took the advice and had the best we'd ever had!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to experience charming and warm Montréal hospitality. It is also facing the beautiful Carré St Louis and is very close to the Sherbrooke Métro station, making it an ideal place to begin a journey to explore Montréal.
