My stay at Hotel Xixe Siecle (Hotel 19th Century) was a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.My room was a non smoking single with a queen size bed and the bed was the most conformable I ever slept on in a hotel.The room was large an had 15 foot high ceiling and was furnished very nicely and was clean has was the bathroom.The hotel location was great just a 1 minute walk to the Basilica Norte- Dame and less the 5 to the metro.There are many restaurants and breakfast eatery close by.The hotel is a renovated bank in the Old Montreal section of downtown,with a small bar in lobby and safe at reception desk for your valuables.Staff was very helpful and spoke English,the hotel offers valet parking and full day parking for 22 CAD a day.Free wireless in rooms and lobby plus a pc for in lobby for guest to use.Hotel has elevator(lift) also plus a doorman to bring in your bags.
