Look ma, I'm back in college...
Basically, McGill rents out dorm rooms in the summertime. The rooms aren't too bad (choice of singles or doubles) but when it's a heatwave in Mtl, the room can get stuffy. How do I combat this...I camp out in the lounge area. =) It's a/c'ed and there's a big screen tv there too. =)
Unique Quality: It's close to downtown (Ste.Catherine and St.Laurent are just a 10 mins or less walk away). It's also close to the metro and it's CHEAP! My friend and I paid about $50-$65 CDN a nite for a double room (compared to $100+ for a hotel).
