Our bed was on wheels and moved at the slightest touch. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every single thing everyone else did. It was in a 'renovated' house, so it just felt as if we were living in a strangers house. The backway was covered in spiderwebs. The breakfast hall was small, and didn't have much. We were forced to eat outside on some stairs. It was very cheap, but not very cozy.
Unique Quality: Maybe good for families, but not couples or young party-goers. When the partying people came back, everyone heard them. It was quite annoying. And when the kids ran around, it would sound as if they were right beside you, thats how un-private and paper thin the walls were.
We got a room where we shared the bathroom with 2 other rooms. Luckily we were the only ones on our floor during our stay. Rate includes "continental" breakfast which is not much (bread and jam) but is served in a nice environment. Actually this motel looks like it used to be a house but was later transformed to a motel. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful especially the owner.
Unique Quality: Nothing spectacular, rooms are clean but there is no facilities and nothing interesting in the neighbourhood. Old town is an hour away by walk. There is also a bus stop to take you there right in front of the motel.
